What are you eating

I see grammar and spelling mistakes all the time in advertisements, product descriptions, and especially menus.  I try not to make fun of it because I make mistakes in Japanese constantly.  The whole 1 finger pointed out while 4 are pointed right back at me always resonates on this topic.
My biggest issue with bad translations is not being able to understand the intent of the message.  However, sometimes the mistakes are so epic, it really is funny. 

We went out for burgers recently and I couldn't help but laugh at the menu.  It was riddled with comical mistakes and confusing messages.  The commas were especially inconsistent.

I've often felt no hope when it came to bread selection.
How are the fries attached?
I'll pass on blunch.
I prefer my ice to be in my glass and not on my pie.
The burgers are pretty good.
The question I ask myself is at what point do I have a responsibility to say something?  Wouldn't the owners be embarrassed to realize how they are being represented? 

Does the concern stem from the former marketer in me always being concerning about appearances and putting the company's best foot forward?  Or is it simply that I wouldn't want them to be embarrassed?
