Super crunch

There is nothing quite like the chip aisle in a Japanese grocery store.  I am endlessly entertained by the vast flavors created in a lab and sprayed onto chips.

Recently I have found the following flavors:

Grilled meat and peppers Cheetos. 
I have no idea what they taste like because I just couldn't go there.

Shumai - Chinese steamed dumplings.

Sukiyaki - meat and vegetable simmered in a sweet and savory broth.

Sea urchin!
